A Manual Stacker, often called a manual pallet stacker, is a hand-powered hydraulic lifting device designed to not only move palletized loads horizontally (like a standard pallet jack) but also to lift them vertically to place loads onto stacking frames, low shelves, or onto trucks. The Principle of Operation
The operation combines the horizontal movement of a pallet jack with a hydraulic lifting mechanism for vertical travel.

Positioning & Insertion: Lower the forks by releasing the hydraulic valve. Maneuver the stacker so its forks slide completely into the pallet openings.

Pump the Handle: Use the hydraulic pump handle (often a separate lever or integrated into the main handle) to raise the forks and the load off the ground. A 1000kg model will require more pumping effort than a lighter-capacity stacker.

Raise to Desired Height: Continue pumping until the load is lifted to the required height for stacking or moving.
