Key Features & Specifications of HSZ-VD Manual Hoist
The new VD model features advanced structural improvements over traditional HSZ models:
- Left and right wall panels, outer wall panels, lifting wheel with overall bearing, flexible operation, smooth and light hand tension;
- The internal gear transmission parts are made of 20CrlnTi alloy steel and strict carburizing heat treatment process;
- Equipped with long shaft stop back washer limit device to prevent the chain down to the bottom, sprocket and nut locked. resulting in brake failure and safety problems;
- Stamping chain guide plate, make the chain guide more smoothly, better protection;
- The hand cover shell adopts the design of rolled edge reinforcement, higher overall body strength, increasing the smooth operation of the hand chain;
- Use high strength T8 European standard lifting chain.
