FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Q1: What is the difference between EB-B and EB-A eye type webbing slings?
A: EB-B slings feature enhanced reinforcement in the eye areas, making them more suitable for heavy-duty applications. While both meet the same safety standards, EB-B is recommended for higher-capacity or more demanding lifting operations.
Q2: What is the safety factor of EB-B webbing slings?
A: Our webbing slings have a safety factor of 5:1 or higher, complying with EN 1492-2 standards. This means the sling can withstand 5 times the rated working load.
Q3: Do you offer customization services?
A: Yes, we provide customization for length, width, load capacity, color, and branding. For bulk orders, we also offer full OEM/ODM services.
Q4: How to inspect if a webbing sling needs to be discarded?
A: Check for the following issues: cuts or abrasions, damage to eye areas, broken warning threads, chemical or thermal damage. Discontinue use immediately if any damage is found.
Q5: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: There is no MOQ for standard products. For custom products, the minimum order is typically 100 pieces. Please contact us for a detailed quote.
