High-Performance Aluminum Sleeves & Wire Rope Ferrules for Secure Rigging Solutions

Welcome to our premier collection of Aluminum Sleeves, engineered to deliver exceptional holding power and reliability for wire rope assemblies. Whether you are building heavy-duty lifting slings or marine rigging systems, our precision-manufactured components ensure maximum structural integrity and safety compliance. To explore complementary solutions, please check out our full selection of Industrial Hardware Components.

Product Overview: Aluminum Ferrules & Sleeves

Our aluminum ferrule sleeve series is manufactured in strict accordance with international standards (DIN 3093 / EN 13411-3). Utilizing premium-grade extruded aluminum alloys, these sleeves provide excellent cold-ductility, ensuring the metal flows smoothly during hydraulic pressing without cracking or compromising the core structure of the wire rope.

  • Standard Specifications: DIN 3093 / EN 13411-3 compliant

  • Material Composition: High-grade aluminum alloy (AlMgSi0.5 / EN AW-6060)

  • Key Characteristics: Seamless extrusion, superior corrosion resistance, high tensile retention, and reliable post-pressing performance.

Technical Specifications & Comparison Tables

To achieve a secure and rated eye termination, choosing the correct combination of wire rope ferrule, die size, and hydraulic pressure is critical. Please refer to the detailed comparison charts below based on wire rope construction (fiber core vs. steel core).
