An LDR cargo ratchet tie down (also known as a ratchet lashing or lashing belt) is the industry standard for stabilizing goods across trucks, rail lines, and shipping containers.
Designed for high efficiency, operators can achieve massive holding tension with a manual handle force of just 500N. Once locked, the heavy-duty gear mechanism guarantees zero slippage, keeping your cargo perfectly secure against heavy road vibrations.
Our ratchet straps tie downs are classified into four distinct width tiers to meet specific load demands:
1 Inch Ratchet Straps (25mm): Ideal for light utility trailers, pickup trucks, and roof racks. Used for securing motorcycles, ATVs, light building materials, and warehouse pallets.
2 Inch Ratchet Straps (50mm): The industrial workhorse for standard flatbed trucking and regional logistics. Perfect for securing manufacturing crates, machinery components, and large material pallets.
3 Inch Ratchet Straps (75mm): Heavy-duty restraint systems built for cross-border freight, agricultural equipment, and heavy construction hauling.
4 Inch Ratchet Straps (100mm): Maximum-capacity tie downs for oversized transport and infrastructure projects. Safely anchors giant earthmovers, structural steel beams, and shipping containers.
Vehicle Self-Rescue & Recovery: Lightweight, rot-proof, and rust-free alternative to heavy metal chains. Ideal for pulling trucks or trailers trapped in mud, sand, or snow.

Flanged Edge Handle: Rolled steel edges eliminate sharp pressure points for maximum hand comfort.
Geometric Curve Layout: Contoured handle body maximizes manual leverage, reducing operating effort.
Reinforcement Stiffeners: Stamped ribs prevent handle warping or bending under heavy loads.
Synchronized Dual-Pawls: Interlocking gears on both sides distribute stress evenly for enhanced safety.
Grooved Spindle Shaft: Reduces internal drag, allowing smooth webbing feed and quick tensioning.
Thread: Feed the flat webbing through the slot in the central ratchet spindle. Pull it through by hand until snug over the cargo.
Tighten: Pump the handle up and down. The internal gears will automatically wind and tighten the strap securely.
Lock: Close the handle completely flat to engage the safety lock. This prevents accidental release during transit.
Release: Pull up on the spring release bar and open the handle fully flat (180°). The locking gears disengage instantly for easy strap removal.
Pre-Use Check: Only use undamaged straps. Ensure the capacity label is fully legible before loading.
No Knots: Do not tie knots in the webbing; structural knots reduce rated strength by up to 60%.
Sharp Angles: Always use protective sleeves or corner guards to prevent sharp edges from cutting the fabric.
No Twisting: Ensure the strap is flat along its tracking line. Avoid twisting or wringing during setup.
Temperature Limits: Safe for extreme environments ranging from -40℃ to 100℃.
LDR cargo ratchet tie down systems are designed for heavy duty load securement across multiple transport industries. Common applications include:
Truck and Trailer Transport: Securing heavy machinery crates, pallets, timber, and industrial factory goods on flatbeds and logistics vehicles.
Logistics and Warehousing: Immobilizing palletized cargo and heavy distribution crates inside warehouses or during cross dock operations.
Container Shipping: Tie down anchoring inside intermodal maritime containers and rail freight cars to prevent shifts caused by rough transit forces.
Emergency Vehicle Recovery: Utilizing high strength webbing as a lightweight alternative to metal chains for pulling cars, jeeps, and small trailers out of mud, sand, or snow.
LDR offers over 300 specialized end fittings (double J-hooks, flat hooks, delta rings) for 1" to 4" straps. We support full OEM/ODM manufacturing based on your CAD sheets, technical drawings, or physical samples. Custom retail packaging—including dual-blister cards, color boxes, and high-density export master pallets—is fully available.
As premier cargo lashing belt manufacturers, LDR combines high-density industrial textiles with heavy-duty forged steel hardware.
